About Mr Emms
Mr Nicholas Emms is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with more than fifteen years of consultant experience in hip and knee conditions. He trained in the North West and completed the Cavendish Hip Fellowship in Sheffield, and was appointed as a consultant in 2008.

He performs around 200 joint replacements each year, with a focus on clear, personalised care that helps patients return to comfortable, active movement.
Leadership & Recognition
He serves as Clinical Director of the Orthopaedic Department at St Helens and Knowsley and as Clinical Lead for hip and knee revision services within the Mersey and West Lancashire NHS Trust.
